Rhythm Ridez 45

This is our 45 minute full body, high-intensity workout. This ride is designed to burn the maximum amount of calories. The workout is designed to incorporate all of your muscle groups while basically dancing on your bike. The lights go down and your ride is transformed into an immersive experience. This 45 minute experience can be modified to meet any fitness level and intensity. We cannot wait to meet you in the studio for your healthy nightclub experience.

Fast, Fit, Fab

This is our signature 30 minute high-intensity ride. (We are the home of the 30 minute ride) This workout is designed to burn maximum calories in 30 minutes. The atmosphere is the same as our 45 minute rides but packed into a smaller time frame. If you are limited on time but want a great workout these classes are for you. This experience can be modified to meet any fitness level or intensity. This class will get you in and out and feeling great all in 30 minutes!

Good Morning Sunshine

This is our Fast, Fit, Fab class but for our early risers. If you love the mornings and want a high intensity ride, early in the morning, this is the class for you. This class meets 3 mornings a week and is easily adaptable and modified. Rise and shine and join our Sunrise Sweetheart crew!

Bikes, Bands, and Bodyweight

This is a bootcamp style class. If you are looking to up your fitness game and get maximum results this is the training for you. We utilize the bikes, resistance bands, bodyweight, light weights, kettlebells and much more to make this high energy class fun and worthwhile. This class is challenging and rewarding. Modifications are always provided. The class is held in 4 or 6 week increments. It is a separate membership.

Spin, Stretch and Sculpt

This is a 30 minute spin and strength workout that will challenge your cardio and muscular endurance and strength and leave your muscles feeling like jelly. This is a full body burn. You will alternate between traditional sprints and climbs and then change the pace and use light hand weights for upper body to engage your biceps, deltoids, triceps, and traps all while staying on the bike. Modifications will be provided if you need them. After this challenging workout, we will take 15 minutes and get a deep stretch that involves some yoga and static stretching. This will help your flexibility and loosen up those muscles. You will leave feeing refreshed.

Butts and Guts

This is a well rounded full-body workout. Each week is a different combination of cycling and weights, on and off the bike and body weight activities off of the bike. It’s a fun and fast paced strategy that gives you an awesome workout, working all of your core muscles. Modifications are provided. Your glutes, abdominal muscles, and legs will love you for attending this class!
