Shayle Prorok

Shayle Prorok is the owner of Rhythm Ridez, LLC. She was born and raised in the New Kensington community and her grandparents owned a restaurant for many years in Arnold. She is grateful to own a business in the community she grew up in. She reignited her love for fitness after viewing unposed pictures of herself and decided to go back to her roots. She became a certified instructor and has been teaching cycling ever since.

Shayle also has several other fitness certifications. After teaching at other facilities she decided to open up her own studio. Shayle had a vision of a positive, upbeat and all inclusive studio that would make any
client comfortable.

Julie Graczyk-Shankle

Hey everyone! I’d like to introduce myself!  My name is Julie Graczyk-Shankle.   I’m happily married to my ever sarcastic, adventurous, and funny husband Eric and the proud mom of three wonderful children, Hailey, Ethan and Morgan.

I’m a school counselor at Highlands Middle School, where I love supporting students on their journeys. I have a background as a former gifted support and English Language Arts teacher, which has shaped my approach to counseling.

Originally from Natrona Heights and having lived in Richmond, VA, I cherish the experiences I’ve gained in both places.

I have a deep love for hiking and the outdoors, especially in our stunning national parks, where I find joy in nature and adventure.  I also enjoy power sculpting, riding bikes, dancing and spinning. My background as a former Zumba instructor keeps me active and enthusiastic about wellness.

Traveling and exploring new cities with my husband is another passion of mine, as I love embracing different cultures and experiences. Whether I’m on the trails, cycling, or discovering a hidden gem in a new destination, I’m all about seeking connection, wellness and adventure!

I’m thrilled to be a part of the Rhythm Ridez team.  I can’t to share my passion for fitness and community.

Lindsey Stolarski

Hi! I am Lindsey and I am so excited to be a part of the Rhythm Ridez team!

I grew up in Gilpin TWP but now reside in Upper Burrell with my husband, two daughters and our two
dogs. I was a teacher for 3 years, but in 2021 we decided I would be a stay-at-home mom. I’m thankful
for the opportunities I’ve had since then to spend time with my girls.

For as far back as I can remember I loved any type of physical activity. I played softball and volleyball in
high school, lifted weights, and attended cycling and aerobics classes regularly. In college I expanded my
horizons and began teaching cycling classes. I also competed in a women’s physique bodybuilding show,
ran several 5Ks, ran a half marathon, and regularly attended yoga classes.

My favorite activities include running, walking my dogs, hiking, hunting & fishing with my husband, and serving at my church.

I am so thankful that that I can keep my mind and body healthy through physical activity, and I can’t wait
to help you do the same in class!

Melissa Billingsley

Hi! My name is Melissa! I am excited you are looking to spin with us at Rhythm Ridez! To share a little about myself, I am a Physical Education Teacher and I love sharing with others the importance of staying active and providing challenging and worthwhile fitness classes. I have been an athlete all of my life and I continue to stay active in and out of the spin studio.

I have been spinning off and on since I was in highschool where I was 200, 400 meter sprinter and I used indoor cycling as a training tool, at times, during the winter months. I then went on to be a collegiate sprinter as well where I really learned the meaning of discipline and a hard workout.

I have found my love for high resistance workouts that are energizing, fun and challenging! I love sprints and climbs and giving a high intensity workout. If you are new to spinning I will give you the tools you need to be successful and have fun!

Krista Pisano

Hi! My name is Krista Pisano! I am an administrator, educator, wife and mom to two awesome kids. I love animals, people, rainbows, glitter and unicorns. I’m a big kid at heart and really enjoy helping others. I live and work locally and absolutely love having an added opportunity to through Rhythm Ridez to support this amazing community!

I’ve been a spin instructor for about 5 years. I found a love of spinning because of the upbeat, dance party atmosphere, as well as the ability to truly make the work out your own. I really enjoy jumps and sprints in spin classes but my absolute favorite is using weights! I love being able to target every major part of the body all while on a stationary bike! I really enjoy changing up routines by trying something new and create playlists with the a variety of genres of music. I am thrilled to get to know you and to help motivate each other to push ourselves to meet our goals. I hope you leave the studio feeling empowered, happy and proud of the work your body can do!
